ApplySpan provides AI-assisted resume tailoring, cover-letter drafting, keyword analysis, and related career-preparation materials. The service is an editing and preparation tool—not a recruiter, staffing agency, employer, law firm, or professional licensing service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase or use the service.
You keep ownership of the resume, job description, and other content you submit. You give ApplySpan limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and format that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate, lawful, and yours to use. Review every generated document before submitting it. Do not upload Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, passwords, or confidential information that is unnecessary for a job application.
ApplySpan uses automated systems that can make mistakes or produce incomplete suggestions. We do not intentionally invent qualifications, but you must verify all dates, claims, skills, and wording before use.
ApplySpan does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, applicant-tracking-system performance, compensation, or any other hiring outcome. Hiring decisions remain entirely with employers and other third parties.
Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorize the stated one-time charge and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.
Because processing begins shortly after payment, completed digital orders are generally non-refundable. We will correct a material delivery error, address a duplicate charge, or review a refund request when the service was not delivered as described. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may not use ApplySpan to impersonate another person, fabricate credentials, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, evade usage limits, resell output as a competing automated service, or engage in unlawful or deceptive conduct.
We may suspend or refuse an order when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, ApplySpan, or the public.
ApplySpan and its site design, software, branding, and original materials remain owned by ApplySpan or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the completed documents created for your order for your personal job search.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable delivery but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, ApplySpan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages. ApplySpan’s aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as ApplySpan evolves. The version posted when you place an order governs that order unless law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
