What the workspace handles

The workspace stores company membership, job descriptions, candidate names, uploaded PDFs, review status and saved AI reviews. Access is restricted through company membership and assigned roles.

AI processing

Running an analysis sends the resume and job description to OpenAI with your authorization. Opening an existing saved review does not by itself request a new analysis. Verify the evidence before making decisions.

Deletion and retention

Authorized users can remove a candidate and its stored resume. An owner can delete a job and its attached candidate records. Downloaded copies are not removed by those actions.

An automatic HR retention period, backup-deletion schedule and provider-retention commitments have not been finalized. Do not assume the consumer resume-package retention period applies to this workspace.

Before real candidate use

HR-specific privacy and service terms, retention settings and deletion verification must be finalized before launch. This page does not claim that the preview is ready for real candidate information.
